Welcome to the Nanoelectronics Research Laboratory

Welcome to our group website! Our laboratory is located in the Microelectronics Research Center at the Pickle Research Campus of the University of Texas at Austin. We are exploring the growth and electronic properties of quantum confined systems, such as semiconductor nanowires, 2D materials including transition metal di-chalcogenides and graphene, for novel high speed, low power electronic devices.

We are interested in exploring carrier transport properties in resonant tunneling devices, Moire patterns based on 2D materials, and band engineered Si/Ge-based core-shell nanowire field-effect transistors. Please check the research section for some examples of our current projects and the publication section for our sample work.
